본 소비자 약관(이하 "약관")은 BRAVECAT(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 LEVEL UP: REBOOT 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
LEVEL UP: REBOOT는 일상 생활의 자기계발 활동을 게임화(Gamification)하여 사용자의 동기 부여와 습관 형성을 돕는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다.
서비스를 이용하려면 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다. 만 18세 미만의 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 서비스에 가입하거나 이용할 수 없습니다.
사용자는 본인의 계정 정보(이메일, 비밀번호 등)를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 통해 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.
계정은 이메일/비밀번호 또는 Google OAuth를 통해 생성할 수 있습니다. 하나의 자연인은 하나의 계정만 생성하여야 하며, 중복 계정 생성은 금지됩니다. 사용자는 닉네임, 프로필 사진을 필수 프로필 정보로 설정할 수 있으며, 인스타그램 ID 및 LinkedIn 프로필 URL은 선택 항목으로 입력할 수 있습니다. 선택 항목은 미입력 시 프로필에 표시되지 않으며, 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.
서비스의 기본 기능은 광고 기반으로 무료 제공됩니다. 서비스 내에 Google AdMob를 통한 배너 광고, 네이티브 광고, 보상형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 특정 기능(플래너 열람, 계산기 사용, 상태창 확인 등)에 접근하기 위해 시청이 필요할 수 있습니다. 회사는 향후 유료 기능이나 구독 서비스를 도입할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 고지합니다.
회사는 운영상 또는 기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경 사항은 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 고지합니다.
사용자가 서비스에 업로드한 콘텐츠(프로필 사진, Day1 피드 사진, 닉네임 등)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있으나, 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위 내에서 회사가 이를 이용할 수 있는 라이선스를 부여합니다.
Day1 피드에 게시된 콘텐츠(사진, 캡션)는 게시 후 24시간이 경과하면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 1일 1회 게시가 가능하며, 매일 00:00(KST)에 초기화됩니다.
본 서비스는 건강 보조 및 동기 부여 목적으로만 제공됩니다. 의학적 조언, 진단, 치료를 대체하지 않습니다.
퀘스트 수행 중 발생하는 신체적 부상이나 손해에 대해 회사는 일절 책임지지 않습니다. 사용자는 자신의 신체 상태를 고려하여 안전하게 활동해야 합니다.
Google Fit 또는 Health Connect와의 데이터 동기화 기능은 사용자의 선택에 따라 활성화됩니다. 동기화된 건강 데이터의 정확성에 대해 회사는 보증하지 않습니다. 이메일 로그인 사용자는 Google Fit 동기화 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
Life Status 기능은 사용자가 입력한 생년월일과 기대수명 정보를 기반으로 남은 생애를 시각적으로 표시합니다. 이 기능은 동기 부여 목적으로만 제공되며, 의학적·과학적 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자는 별도의 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의를 거친 후 이 기능을 활성화할 수 있습니다.
러닝 계산기와 1RM 계산기는 사용자의 운동 기록 관리를 돕기 위한 참고용 도구입니다. 계산 결과의 정확성에 대해 회사는 보증하지 않으며, 운동 전 전문가의 조언을 받을 것을 권장합니다.
내 서재 기능은 사용자가 읽은 책을 기록하고 관리할 수 있는 독서 추적 도구입니다. ISBN 바코드 스캔(카메라) 또는 직접 검색을 통해 도서를 등록할 수 있습니다. 카메라 접근 권한은 ISBN 바코드 스캔 목적으로만 사용되며, 사용자의 명시적 동의 하에 활성화됩니다. 설정에서 언제든지 카메라 권한을 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 등록된 도서 정보(제목, 저자, 출판사, 표지 이미지 등)는 외부 도서 API를 통해 조회되며, 회사는 해당 정보의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 보상형 광고를 시청하여 독서 보상을 획득할 수 있습니다.
내 영화 기능은 사용자가 감상한 영화를 기록하고 관리할 수 있는 영화 추적 도구입니다. KOBIS(영화진흥위원회) 및 KMDb(한국영화데이터베이스) API를 통해 영화를 검색하고 등록할 수 있습니다. 영화 정보(제목, 감독, 장르, 개봉연도, 포스터 등)는 외부 API를 통해 제공되며, 회사는 해당 정보의 정확성이나 완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 보상형 광고를 시청하여 감상 보상을 획득할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스의 Big5 성격검사는 개방성·성실성·외향성·친화성·신경증의 5가지 특성을 바탕으로 자기 이해와 동기 부여를 돕기 위한 목적으로만 제공됩니다. 해당 검사 결과는 심리학적·임상적 전문 진단을 대체하지 않으며, 학술적·과학적 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자는 별도의 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의를 거친 후 검사를 진행할 수 있으며, 정신 건강 관련 문제는 전문 상담가의 조언을 받을 것을 권장합니다.
던전/레이드 기능을 위해 사용자의 위치 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 위치 정보 수집은 사용자의 명시적 동의 하에만 이루어지며, 설정에서 언제든지 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
서비스에는 Google AdMob를 통한 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 유형은 배너 광고, 네이티브 광고, 보상형 광고를 포함합니다. 보상형 광고는 사용자가 자발적으로 시청하여 특정 기능(플래너 열람, 계산기 접근 등)을 이용하거나 게임 내 보상을 획득하는 방식입니다. 광고는 서비스 운영 비용을 충당하기 위해 제공되며, 광고 내용은 회사가 직접 제작하지 않습니다. EU/EEA 지역 사용자에게는 GDPR에 따른 광고 동의 양식(UMP)이 표시됩니다. 광고를 통해 연결되는 제3자 웹사이트나 서비스에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠(디자인, 텍스트, 이미지, 아이콘, UI/UX, 게임 시스템, 퀘스트 데이터 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 BRAVECAT에 귀속됩니다. 서비스의 무단 복제, 배포, 변형, 역설계는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠(Day1 피드 사진, 프로필 사진 등)의 저작권은 해당 사용자에게 귀속됩니다. 다만, 사용자는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위 내에서 회사가 해당 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 비독점적 라이선스를 부여합니다.
사용자는 제3자의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 서비스에 업로드해서는 안 됩니다. 저작권 침해가 확인되는 경우, 해당 콘텐츠는 삭제되며 계정 제재가 이루어질 수 있습니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the LEVEL UP: REBOOT mobile application ("Service") provided by BRAVECAT ("Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
LEVEL UP: REBOOT is a mobile application that gamifies daily self-improvement activities to help motivate users and build habits.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Minors under 18 may not sign up for or use the Service without the consent of a legal guardian.
Users are responsible for securely managing their account information (email, password, etc.) and are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
Accounts can be created via email/password or Google OAuth. Each individual may only create one account; creating duplicate accounts is prohibited. Users may set a nickname and profile photo as required profile information. Instagram ID and LinkedIn profile URL are optional fields — they will not be displayed on the profile if left blank and can be removed at any time.
The basic features of the Service are provided free of charge on an ad-supported basis. Banner ads, native ads, and rewarded ads may be displayed through Google AdMob. Viewing rewarded ads may be required to access certain features (planner, calculators, stat window, etc.). The Company may introduce paid features or subscription services in the future, with prior notice.
The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary. Significant changes will be communicated in advance through in-app announcements or email.
Ownership of content uploaded by users (profile photos, Day1 feed photos, nicknames, etc.) remains with the user, but users grant the Company a license to use such content within the scope necessary for Service operation.
Content posted on the Day1 feed (photos, captions) is automatically deleted 24 hours after posting. One post per day is allowed, resetting daily at 00:00 (KST).
The Service is provided solely for health assistance and motivational purposes. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Company accepts no responsibility for physical injury or damage occurring during quest performance. Users should exercise safely considering their physical condition.
Data synchronization with Google Fit or Health Connect is activated at the user's discretion. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of synchronized health data. Email login users cannot use Google Fit synchronization.
The Life Status feature visually displays remaining lifespan based on the user's date of birth and expected lifespan. This feature is provided for motivational purposes only and does not guarantee medical or scientific accuracy. Users may activate this feature after providing separate consent for personal information collection and use.
The running calculator and 1RM calculator are reference tools to assist with exercise record management. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of calculation results and recommends consulting a professional before exercising.
The My Library feature is a reading tracker that allows users to record and manage books they have read. Books can be registered via ISBN barcode scanning (camera) or manual search. Camera access is used solely for ISBN barcode scanning and is activated only with the user's explicit consent. Camera permissions can be disabled at any time in settings. Book information (title, author, publisher, cover image, etc.) is retrieved through external book APIs, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of such information. Users may earn reading rewards by watching rewarded ads.
The My Movies feature is a movie tracker that allows users to record and manage movies they have watched. Movies can be searched and registered through the KOBIS (Korean Film Council) and KMDb (Korean Movie Database) APIs. Movie information (title, director, genre, release year, poster, etc.) is provided through external APIs, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Users may earn viewing rewards by watching rewarded ads.
The Big Five Personality Test in this Service is provided solely for the purpose of self-understanding and motivation, based on five personality traits: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. The test results do not replace professional psychological or clinical diagnosis, and the Company does not guarantee their academic or scientific accuracy. Users may take the test only after providing separate consent for personal information collection and use. For mental health concerns, consulting a qualified professional is strongly recommended.
Location information may be collected for dungeon/raid features. Location data collection occurs only with the user's explicit consent and can be disabled at any time in settings.
The Service displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads, native ads, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads allow users to voluntarily watch ads to access certain features (planner, calculators, etc.) or obtain in-game rewards. Ads are provided to cover Service operating costs and are not produced by the Company. For EU/EEA users, a GDPR consent form (UMP) is displayed. The Company is not responsible for third-party websites or services accessed through advertisements.
The Service provides push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Push notifications are sent for quest alerts, raid alerts, streak alerts, service announcements, etc., in the user's selected language. Users can disable push notifications at any time in app settings.
Copyright and intellectual property rights for all content in the Service (design, text, images, icons, UI/UX, game systems, quest data, etc.) belong to BRAVECAT. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the Service is strictly prohibited.
Copyright for content uploaded by users (Day1 feed photos, profile photos, etc.) belongs to the respective user. However, users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use such content within the scope necessary for Service operation.
Users must not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights. If copyright infringement is confirmed, the content will be removed and the account may be sanctioned.

The Company may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms. Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time through the logout function in the settings menu.
The Company provides the Service "AS IS" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and changes will be communicated through in-app announcements. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to use of the Service.

ダンジョン/レイド機能のためにユーザーの位置情報を収集する場合があります。位置情報の収集はユーザーの明示的な同意のもとでのみ行われ、設定でいつでも無効にできます。

ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツ（Day1フィード写真、プロフィール写真等）の著作権は当該ユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーはサービス運営に必要な範囲内で会社が当該コンテンツを利用できる非独占的ライセンスを付与します。
ユーザーは第三者の著作権を侵害するコンテンツをサービスにアップロードしてはなりません。著作権侵害が確認された場合、当該コンテンツは削除され、アカウント制裁が行われる場合があります。
第三者の著作権を侵害するコンテンツを発見した場合、copyright@bravecat.studioまで以下の情報を含めてご報告ください：
ユーザーは以下の行為をしてはなりません：
会社は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前通知なくサービス利用を制限したり、アカウントを停止または削除できます。ユーザーは設定メニューのログアウト機能を通じていつでもサービスの利用を中断できます。
会社はサービスを「現状のまま（AS IS）」提供し、サービスの完全性、正確性、信頼性について明示的または黙示的な保証をしません。関連法令が許容する範囲内で、サービスの利用により生じた直接的、間接的、偶発的、結果的損害について会社は責任を負いません。
会社は必要に応じて規約を変更でき、変更された規約はサービス内のお知らせを通じて告知します。変更された規約に同意しない場合、ユーザーはサービスの利用を中断し、アカウントを削除できます。
